Like learning the steps in a dance, my Healthy Moms First system walks you through each step you need to take to increase your energy and add more time to your day (bell bottoms optional).

Instead of an unsustainable cleanse or detox, you eat real food that leaves you feeling satisfied and energized.  You'll cut out sugar, refined carbs and alcohol for a period and then slowly reintroduce them in a sustainable way.

Then you integrate your new way of eating into your daily habits, tackle indulgences, time management, organizational systems, and other ways you can maintain your energy.
