Like learning the steps in a dance, Healthy Moms First walks you through each step you need to take to increase your energy and add more time to your day.

Hand-in-hand we explore the four core pillars of Meals, Movement, Mindset and Management so that you achieve lasting change.

Instead of an unsustainable cleanse or detox, you eat real food that leaves you feeling satisfied and energized.  

You integrate your new way of eating into your daily habits, tackle indulgences, time management, organizational systems, and other ways you can maintain your energy.

+ Will I lose weight?

Quite possibly! Often when people switch to a clean eating diet with little to no processed food and temporarily give up sugar and alcohol they loose weight if they need to. The average participant has lost 7-10 pounds in the first three weeks when following the meal plans.

+ What diet do your meal plans follow?

The meal plans following clean eating principles by no processed foods, gluten-free, and low-to-no sugar.

The meal plans are what I call "flexible." Some recipes may contain meat but every recipe offers vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

I personally primarliy follow a plant-based diet but incorporate seafood and dairy occasionally. I work with women to uncover what food makes them feel great and helps them build a healthier family. Through the program we work together to figure out what works best for your specific, beautiful body!

+ Will the meal plans work for my whole family?

The meal plans and shopping lists contain breakfast and dinner for two adults and two children and are easily scalable.

+ What if I have a personal question I don't want to discuss in the group?

I've totally got you covered! Send me a quick email and I will respond with your answer within business hours.

+ How much time does this program take each week?

You'll be engaging in practices to save you time each week and manage your stress. The practices take from 20 minutes to one hour.

What you won't be doing is watching long videos or reading lots of information! The info is there if you need it but Healthy Moms First is all about taking action!

+ What if I am not a good cook or don't like to cook?

The meal plans utilize leftovers and meals that can be made in 30 minutes or less.

+ What is your refund policy?

If you participate in the program by showing up to the group coaching calls, joining the Facebook group, and completing any assigned exercises and you are not satisfied you can request a refund up to 7 days after the program start date.

WHY I CREATED
HEALTHY MOMS FIRST...

Four years ago I was stressed out.  Sad and overwhelmed.  I knew I had to make a change and I started working with a health coach.  I cut out alcohol and sugar and started being more mindful about what I was eating and the affect it had on my body.

My coach had me get up a little earlier in the morning.  Drink hot water with lemon. Meditate. Journal.

I was resistant at first.  I didn't think I needed these things but I was tired.  Tired of feeling unfocused, listless, and impatient.

Over time I began to notice a difference.  I lost weight and had more energy.  I was happier and more focused.

But there was even more.  I was more patient as a mother, more filled with joy at little things, and more present in my relationships.

Now, when I struggle, I have a support system and the knowledge I have the tools to make it through.

When I am eating well and taking care of myself, my energy is off the charts and I wake up happy and excited.

The best part is that these weren't huge changes, just little steps that I integrated into my life between all the other things I had to do.

I created Healthy Moms first to share those things so that you can feel this way too.
